- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never visiting this location but from the reviews of customers and the responses the owner has given to the customers I would advice you not to do business there. In a few responses the owner states he won't track packages for customers, well that's only customer service and common decency, why can you not.. that's unacceptable. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not sure if Lee is the owner of this location and I'm very unsure who the female is that originally answered the line when I called. But I can say first hand that customer service has traveled in a downward spiral here! Called to verify that 4 business packages were delivered to this location as per my request (and confirmation via the UPS app) The female answered first, I asked if I could check on packages that were delivered and unbeknownst to me, she placed me on hold and didn't tell me. I thought she hung up! A few moments later, a gentleman answered and said "Hello!", as if we're calling him at home. I asked if I could very shipment and delivery of packages to their location, and he quickly stated "No! They only delivered one box all day!" Whatever happened to verifying, asking for your UPS tracking number, seeing where the shipment was! I ended up calling the hub to get verification on where my packages were! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I called ahead to see if they did fingerprinting for background checks and the lady that worked there (Friday, 3/31 at 10:30 am) was so helpful and polite. Once I got there, she was friendly, efficient, and took care of me so that I was done in under 10 minutes. She managed to take of two different customers quickly and kindly in the 10 minutes I was there. I drove all the way from McDonough to get this service and it was worth the drive.By melissa page, March 12, 2017
