- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went here to get help because i was told by the VA rep they could help me out. When i got there the place was empty so there was no wait. I spoke with Willie Miles, one of the most incompetent person i have unfortunately had a run in with. She 1st off does not listen to what you have to say. She stated i don't know how to do that "I've never done that before". She then call the Regular VA hotline and told the rep the wrong question i had asked her. I ended up talking to the rep myself. To get the same answer i have been get before. This was a waste of time. They need to retrain her as a custodian for a empty building and never let her interact with the general population again. DON'T GO HERE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!!!By Bryant LeMay, July 19, 2017
